When the product is in stock, we will ship it out right away via UPS or FedEx, and it will arrive in roughly 5-7 business days.

You have up to 30 days to send us a refund request by emailing support@cozyfurn.com if you’re unhappy with our product or it didn’t live up to your expectations.
